A Grand Opening to Remember at The Winery at Tuscan Rose Vineyards
November 8th will forever hold a special place in our hearts. After years of planning, planting, building, and dreaming, we officially celebrated the Grand Opening of The Winery at Tuscan Rose Vineyards — and what an unforgettable day it was. More than 1,000 wonderful guests came out to celebrate with us!
Our whole family stood together that morning — hands shaking a bit, hearts full, and smiles we couldn’t hide if we tried. To look out over a crowd of friends, family, familiar faces, and brand-new ones was nothing short of humbling. This winery was built with love, sweat, and more prayers than we can count, and seeing it come to life alongside the people who mean the most made the day even sweeter.
Friends, family, neighbors, and guests from all around Nassau County joined us for a beautiful afternoon filled with southern hospitality, live music, good company, and of course, plenty of wine. Our ribbon-cutting ceremony marked more than just the opening of a business; it marked the start of a community gathering place built with love, hard work, and a whole lot of muscadine grapes.

We were especially grateful to have so many of our Wine Club members join us for this milestone. You’ve believed in us from the beginning, and celebrating with you felt like raising a glass with family.
We were also honored to welcome Nassau County Commissioners, whose presence and support truly meant the world to our small, family-owned business.
Debut of Our Wood-Fired Pizza Oven
One of the most exciting parts of our Grand Opening was introducing our new wood-fired pizza oven. Guests enjoyed fresh, crackling, handcrafted pizzas made right before their eyes — and the aroma alone had people lining up before the first pie even came out of the oven.
This new addition brings a rustic, flavorful touch to the vineyard experience, and we can’t wait to keep serving up these delicious wood-fired creations.
A Celebration of Community
Seeing our tasting room filled with laughter, conversations, and clinking glasses reminded us of exactly why we built this place. We wanted to create somewhere people could slow down, savor local wine, enjoy good food, and feel right at home. The turnout and support we received on our Grand Opening made us incredibly grateful and even more inspired for what’s ahead.
Music, Memories & Moments to Treasure
The celebration didn’t stop at wine and wood-fired goodness. We filled the day with special activities to make the Grand Opening truly unforgettable:
- Live Music floated through the courtyard and set the perfect tone for a relaxed southern afternoon.
- Photo Areas gave families and friends the chance to capture memories against beautiful holiday backdrops — and we loved seeing every smile.
- Giveaways added a little extra excitement, with guests winning everything from curated gift baskets to wine and jellies.
- Kids Crafts kept the little ones entertained and creatively inspired so parents could sip, relax, and enjoy the day.
- And one of our favorite touches: we invited guests to sign a wine barrel — a special way to become part of our story and a piece of history we’ll cherish for years to come.
A Gathering Place for Our Community
Watching over 1,000 guests enjoy the vineyard — children laughing, families taking photos, friends sharing wine on the lawn — reminded us why we built this place. We envisioned a spot where folks could slow down, savor the simple things, and feel at home. On our Grand Opening day, that vision came to life in the most beautiful way.
